Meet Lyndsie N. Romes, MFN, RD, LD
Owner & Dietitian

Lyndsie believes that all individuals should be able to nourish their body without fear, guilt or regret. Lyndsie started Fulfilled Nutrition Counseling to achieve one goal; to help as many people as possible to enhance their relationship with food and body.

Lyndsie is a dedicated registered dietitian with nearly a decade of experience in the eating disorder field, working in all levels of care. She's had the privilege of guiding clients of all ages on their journeys to recovery, and her passion is to help you find peace and reclaim control over food.

In a world full of nutrition misinformation and food myths, she can provide clarity and support. She utilizes evidence-based practices to empower individuals in their recovery, focusing on realistic, sustainable nutrition changes. She firmly believes recovery from an eating disorder is possible, and she's committed to helping you achieve your goals.

Her approach is rooted in anti-diet, size-inclusive principles, ensuring that you feel respected and understood. She prioritizes building strong, compassionate relationships with her clients, which is essential for successful nutrition counseling. Together, we will explore your unique challenges and aspirations, working towards lasting food freedom.

Meet Sidney Lambert, MDN, RD, LD
Registered Dietitian

Sidney is a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorder care. She has specialized training in supporting individuals with diabetes and post-bariatric surgery. She completed her undergraduate training at The Ohio State University, earning a Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition-Dietetics with a minor in Integrative Approaches to Health and Wellness, and went on to receive her Masters in Dietetics and Nutrition.

With over a year of experience in higher levels of care and outpatient care, she is passionate about helping clients bridge the gap between structured higher-level-of-care nutrition work and the realities of everyday life. Her counseling style is curious, compassionate and non-judgemental, and her nutrition philosophy centers on weight-inclusive care, intuitive eating principles, and harm reduction.

Sidney is passionate about working to recognize intersectionality and how clients’ overlapping identities shape their experiences with food, body image, and access to care, and strives to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, seen and empowered.

Outside of work, Sidney enjoys spending time with her cat, Penelope, completing crossword puzzles, and attending farmers markets, trying new food spots all around Columbus, which helps her stay grounded and bring authenticity and balance into her work.
