Meet Lyndsie N. Romes, MFN, RD, LD

Lyndsie believes that all individuals should be able to nourish their body without fear, guilt or regret. Lyndsie started Fulfilled Nutrition Counseling to achieve one goal; to help as many people as possible to enhance their relationship with food and body.

Lyndsie is a dedicated registered dietitian with nearly a decade of experience in the eating disorder field. She's had the privilege of guiding clients of all ages on their journeys to recovery, and her passion is to help you find peace and reclaim control over food. 

​

In a world full of nutrition misinformation and food myths, she she can provide clarity and support. She utilizes evidence-based practices to empower individuals in their recovery, focusing on realistic, sustainable nutrition changes. She firmly believes recovery from an eating disorder is possible, and she's committed to helping you achieve your goals.

​Her approach is rooted in anti-diet, size-inclusive principles, ensuring that you feel respected and understood. She prioritizes building strong, compassionate relationships with her clients, which is essential for successful nutrition counseling. Together, we will explore your unique challenges and aspirations, working towards lasting food freedom. 

Education and Work Experience

Lyndsie has her undergraduate from Ohio University. She completed her Masters and Dietetic Internship with Bowling Green State University. She started her career working at Nationwide Children's Hospital (NCH) Eating Disorder Clinic, where she worked with adolescents in acute medical stabilization (inpatient), Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) and Outpatient (OP). After her tenure at NCH, she transitioned to The Emily Program, where she worked in IOP and OP with adults. ​She was then promoted to her role of Nutrition and Culinary Manager at The Emily Program. â€‹

One of her proudest accomplishments to date has been helping to open an eating disorder residential treatment facility, The Emily Program. There she developed and implemented the nutrition and culinary practices, educated and trained hundreds of staff, and helped to support over four hundred clients and their support systems.

​

Her unique and comprehensive experience in all levels of Eating Disorder care makes her a knowledgeable dietitian in the field. She cares deeply about the work that she does, and is always chasing "full recovery" from the eating disorder. She is passionate, calm, direct, compassionate, consistent, and effective.
