Meet Lyndsie N. Romes, MFN, RD, LD
Owner & Dietitian

Lyndsie Romes founded Fulfilled Nutrition Counseling with a single, unwavering belief: that every person deserves to nourish their body without fear, guilt, or regret. After nearly a decade working across every level of eating disorder care — from intensive inpatient settings to outpatient recovery — she built the practice she always wished existed. One where clients feel truly seen, genuinely supported, and never judged.

Lyndsie's clinical roots run deep. She began her career at Nationwide Children's Hospital's Eating Disorder Clinic, one of the most respected pediatric programs in the country, before going on to work at The Emily Program. Along the way, she gained rare, hands-on experience helping to open and run a residential eating disorder program — giving her an understanding of the full continuum of care that few outpatient dietitians can claim. She has worked with clients of all ages and all presentations, from the earliest signs of disordered eating to complex, long-term recovery, and she brings that breadth of experience to every single session.

But what really shapes Lyndsie's approach isn't just her resume — it's how she shows up. She is warm, direct, and deeply practical. In a world overflowing with nutrition misinformation and food rules, she cuts through the noise with evidence-based guidance that actually fits your life. She doesn't believe in one-size-fits-all nutrition, and she doesn't believe recovery has to be perfect to count.

Her approach is rooted in anti-diet, size-inclusive principles, ensuring that every client feels respected, understood, and met exactly where they are. Lyndsie firmly believes that food freedom is possible for everyone. And she's here to help you find it.

Meet Sidney Lambert, MDN, RD, LD
Registered Dietitian

Sidney Lambert is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Licensed Dietitian holding a Master of Dietetics and Nutrition from The Ohio State University, where she completed the rigorous Future Education Model — a combined master's degree and dietetic internship program. Her graduate research explored group-based intuitive eating interventions and their impact on health behaviors, which tells you a lot about the kind of dietitian she is: deeply curious, evidence-driven, and genuinely invested in approaches that actually work for real people.

Sidney's clinical expertise spans two areas that are rarely found together in private practice: eating disorder treatment and diabetes nutrition care. She has worked with clients across the full diagnostic spectrum — including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and OSFED — from children and adolescents through adulthood. She also brings specialized experience in Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, and insulin resistance from her time as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist at Ohio State University Physicians, where she delivered ADA-recognized diabetes self-management education and used tools like continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) data to help clients understand their bodies and make meaningful, lasting changes.

At the heart of Sidney's practice is a commitment to whole-person care. She is passionate about creating a genuinely safe and affirming space for queer, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming individuals — people who deserve a provider who sees all of them, not just their diagnosis. Sidney also weaves a public health perspective into her work, helping clients explore how food access, culture, economics, and environment shape our relationships with food and our health beliefs. Because healing doesn't happen in a vacuum, and Sidney wouldn't have it any other way.

Meet Carley Lester, RD, CSSD, LD
Registered Dietitian

Carley.jpg

Carley Lester is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, and Licensed Dietitian in Ohio — and she brings one of the most unique combinations of expertise you'll find in outpatient nutrition care. With a background spanning both high-performance sports nutrition and eating disorder treatment, Carley has spent her career at the intersection of fueling well and healing your relationship with food.

Before joining Fulfilled Nutrition Counseling, Carley served as a Performance Dietitian at The Ohio State University, where she provided individualized nutrition counseling and education to nearly 350 student athletes across 12 varsity sports. During her time at OSU, she also served as the Performance Nutrition representative on the Athletics Eating Disorder Treatment Team and spearheaded the development of the Student-Athlete Return to Sport Guidelines — a framework to support athletes with eating disorders and RED-S in safely returning to competition. Most recently, she worked as Lead Dietitian at Aster Springs Outpatient in Columbus, providing individualized nutrition therapy and group support to clients ages 12 and up at the PHP and IOP levels of care.

Carley approaches her work from a weight-inclusive, anti-diet, and Health at Every Size framework. Whether you're an athlete trying to fuel your performance without guilt, someone navigating eating disorder recovery, or both — Carley meets you exactly where you are. She believes that every person deserves compassionate, individualized care that honors their whole story, not just their sport or their diagnosis. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, EDRD Pro, and the American Sports and Performance Dietitians Association.
